Plastic floor, a new type of ground decoration material, such as many running tracks on playgrounds are made of this kind of plastic material, and the ground of some basketball courts is also plastic, in fact, these are a kind of plastic floor. It's just that their approach is slightly different. Therefore, for the plastic floor, I personally think that it should be understood from the following four aspects.
①: Raw material of plastic floor. For the plastic floor, if it is essentially a plastic floor. Therefore, the plastic floor is also called a PVC floor. The main raw material for plastic flooring is polyvinyl chloride material. It is made of polyvinyl chloride and then processed through the corresponding process. For example, it is the practice of making a homogeneous and transparent floor, or a floor with a certain pattern and so on.
②: Classification of plastic floors. For our common plastic floors, there are two conventional types. The first one is the transparent plastic floor of the same material mentioned above. This kind of floor has the same pattern and material from the inside to the outside. The second is a composite plastic floor. The top of this waste plastic floor is a transparent layer of PVC, and the bottom is the printing layer or the foam layer.
③: The source of plastic floor. Because plastic floor is a very broad term, it is a new type of light floor decoration material that is relatively popular at present. In fact, plastic flooring has entered my country's market since the 1980s, but the usage rate in our country's families is not particularly high. Of course, this refers to home furnishing. The highest utilization rate is in public places such as shopping malls, gymnasiums, factories, office buildings, schools, etc.
④: Common types of plastic floors. Our common plastic floors are generally coil floors and sheet floors. Coil flooring is roll by roll, and sheet flooring is piece by piece. Like the common 1.5m, 1.8m, 2m coil floor, the length of each roll is 5m, 15m, 20m and so on. Its thickness is generally between 1.6 mm and 3.2 mm. Of course, there are 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm thick ones.
